Chris Busse manages application and software development, working with the leadership team and staff to ensure clients make the most of their online presence. From interactive design, dashboards, mobile or custom Facebook apps, Chris is constantly surveying the social media landscape and how it directly affects how companies speak to customers. Chris has worked as a Web and database consultant for various non-profits and businesses, and as a software developer for Tekna.
Jason Carr is charged with managing Fahrenheit's aggressive recruiting and retention strategies. As our recruiting manager, Jason spends his days interviewing, screening and preparing top IT talent for Fahrenheit's most critical assignments. He manages our team of recruiters and stays current with industry trends and local user groups. Jason has been with Fahrenheit for 5 years and has a strong rapport with the Richmond IT community.
Tabitha Geary manages business development and client relations to make sure companies understand the value of communicating through social. She combines both fundamental and creative communication strategies to create open dialogue between companies and their consumers. Tabitha worked at consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton before creating One-to-One Custom Marketing, followed by her self-named digital and creative development company, Tabitha Geary.
Dan Jacoby manages user experience and interface design at Fahrenheit, working with clients and staff to improve platform usability. With an incredible amount of experience in program development and implementation, Dan’s focus is building creative, authentic programs that put the brands in touch with their target demographics. Dan previously served as principal of the design, programming and implementation company, Bay Drive Studios, and as managing partner of Eye-Q.
As our creative director, Jessica Kantor lends an imaginative and dynamic look to everything we do. Her style can adapt and evolve to fit any need, a skill which she honed working with companies like Media General, Dominion and Pyramid Studios. She’s also spent time as an independent contractor and art director, giving her the freedom to explore new forms of design. Her work has garnered multiple accolades and awards, and it continues to impress us and our clients.
Michael Kirillin handles business development and account management at Fahrenheit, working to provide seamless IT solutions in the fields of information technology and emerging media. He also manages marketing and sales training activities. Michael has been a key player in the leadership and growth of both the staff and client base at Fahrenheit. Michael has more than 10 years of business development experience and over 7 years of experience in the IT services industry.
Andrew’s background is in user-centered design, software design, service design, and applied research and analytics. His focus is in Usability, Information Architecture, Interaction Design and Database Design. Currently he is an adjunct professor at VCU Brandcenter, in the Creative Technology program and a faculty advisor in the VCU eMBA program. He is constantly looking for new and innovative ways to help organizations build equity, deliver relevant and meaningful user experiences, and leverage best of breed technologies.
Brett is in charge of project delivery, as well as orchestrating and implementing all operational processes that contribute to the successful execution of solutions and outcomes for Fahrenheit’s clients. With over twelve years of experience, he specializes in program and project management, web strategy, web usability, information architecture and enterprise process improvement. Prior to joining Fahrenheit, Brett’s most recent role was Program Director for WellPoint, Inc.
Kendall Morris focuses on interaction and engagement, working closely with staff and clients to bridge the communication gap between companies and consumers. Kendall uses her social media expertise to look at a company’s message and create engaging content that is easy for consumers to understand. Before joining Fahrenheit, Kendall worked at PUNCH as their Emerging Media Specialist, but first learned about communication through her role as a teacher.
Cindy Sullivan is involved in business development and delivery across Fahrenheit's IT Consulting and Emerging Media practices. With a 14 year history in IT Professional Service Delivery and Management, Cindy joined Fahrenheit to support new growth initiatives and deliverable-based endeavors. Cindy's experience includes sales and delivery across IT Professional Services, Managed Services, Software and Telecom. Before joining Fahrenheit she was most recently the Program Manager for the Commonwealth of Virginia's IT Managed Services program.
Jason Tate manages recruiting efforts for Fahrenheit, providing support operations from accounting to human resources. He works closely with both clients and staff to reach high quality, strategic IT solutions that solve immediate and future problems. Jason has been a part of the Fahrenheit team since its inception in 1999, working first as a recruiter and then helping the company evolve from strict IT staff augmentation to more invested IT consulting.
Stephanie manages accounting, financial reporting, contract administration and assists with human resources, payroll & benefits for all three divisions of The Fahrenheit Group. She has been with Fahrenheit since early 2009 and brings with her over 20 years of experience in small business development, management and administration. Stephanie enjoys working closely with the CEO, CFO and the Managing Partners to help support Fahrenheit with their overall goals and objectives.
